I finally have paid off my credit card from college! Balance = $0. I used that card to basically survive on a $600/mo paycheck and $300 rent. It feels good to have that all paid off. Now I’m going to save up for moving out.
Without any financial guidance I started my IRA at INGDirect about a month ago. I have savings accounts with them and their rates are always nice. So far, so good. I hope to check in with some financial planner type person soon so I can stop flying by the seat of my pants [...]

I talked the bank into transfering me to another location so I can get the 25 hours I need to get HEALTH CARE! It’s not a full time job yet, but I’m on my way. I never thought I’d be so happy to go to the doctor.
